ENERGETIC COMMITTEE ORGANISES SUCCESSFUL DANCE

AVONDALE FUNCTION The Avondale Fire Brigade held a very Successful dance in the Town Hall, Avondale, on Monday evening. There was an excellent attendance and the bright music supplied by Paltridge's Orchestra was much appredated. Mr. G. Walters, assisted by Mr. K. Hall, performed the duties of master of ceremonies. Chaperones for the evening were Mrs. C. I>. Grey, Mrs. E. Herring and Mrs. W. Clough. The committee members present were:—Mr. L. Watson, Mr. E. Herring, Mr. L. Rout, Mr. W. Clough. Mr. G.
