DOCTOR ARRESTED

CHARGED WITH DAMAGING CELL FLOOR BOTTLE-THROWING ALLEGED James Watkin Harper, described as a medical practitioner, of 214 Pacific Buildings, was remanded on three charges at the Police Court this morning. JJARPER was charged with being found drunk in Wellesley Street, throwing a bottle to the danger of persons in Wellesley Street and wilfully damaging a cell iioor, the property of the New Zealand Government, to the extent of £l. Accused was arrested by Constable Whitehead. On the application of Mr. L. Wiseman, a remand was granted until Wednesday. Bail was allowed.
