Delegates from all the coalfields in Britain are today attending a special conference in London of the Miners’ Federation. They will consider the proposals in regard to the coal industry which the Government will embody in legislation in the course of the present session. The conference also will give authorisation to the executive to take part in tomorrow’s joint conference with the coalowners. This has been called by the Government.
