BANKRUPT’S OFFENCES

While awaiting trial on two charges of breaches of the Bankruptcy Act John Gilbert Helleur (Mr Singer! pleaded guilty to the offences before Mr. Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court yesterday. Prisoner was remanded until Friday for sentence.
