PITT STREET METHODISTS

SUNDAY SCHOOL CELEBRATION EIGHTY-THIRD ANNIVERSARY The S3rd anniversary of the Pitt Street Methodist Sunday School was celebrated yesterday, the church being tastefully decorated for the occasion. The Sunday School and Bible Class members led the singing, which was of a very bright nature, and several interesting items were given by the children. Solos were rendered by Miss L. Reid. The service in the morning was conducted by the Rev. C. W. Chandler and in the afternoon by the Rev. L. Busfield. There were large eongregations at both services and also in the evening, when the Rev. W. Walker preached on the miracle of the five loaves and two .fishes, stressing the importance of the part played by the boy, as illustrative of the potentialities lying dormant in children.
