Jf a kettle lid should lose Its knob, the remedy is a good-sized screw and a cork. Put the screw through the lid from the inside, and screw the cork on firmly in place of knob. The steam will make the cork swell and fit very securely.
A chair, with a drawer beneath, is such an asset in a small room! This type of chair is particularly useful in the small fiat, for extra drawer space is always a great asset. In the case of a chair-bed the drawer will conveniently hold the bed clothes.
