DRY SPELL IN CANTERBURY
FOUR POINTS OF RAIN FALLEN Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Thursday. There were four points of rain, or one twenty-fifth of an inch, in Christchurch during October. In some of the country districts there have been light falls, but all o.ver Canterbury the month has been very dry.
