Mr. Philip Snowden. acting-Leader of the House of Commons, stated today that it had been arranged that the Prime Minister, Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, should make a statement on his visit to the United States and Canada next Tuesday. After the Prime Minister’s statement had been disposed of, the House would consider a motion in the name of the Foreign Secretary, Mr. Arthur Henderson, concerning the resumption of normal diplomatic relations with the Soviet Government.
