When interviewed this morning. Mr G. P. Finlay, counsel for John Grev ’ of Helensyille. at present held in con- i nection with the Texas Forgery charge, i told The Sun he had no statement to make regarding the possibility of j the Habeas Corpus Act being invoked in the protection of the accused man. “Nothing new has been done, so there I are no fresh facts to place before the j public,” he said.
