DAMAGES FOR CYCLIST
DOGS CAUSE ACCIDENT From Our Own Correspondent MORRINSVILLE, Tuesday. Reserved judgment has been given by Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., in the case in which Doris Reynolds proceeded through, her father, George Reynolds, farmer, of Kuranui (Mr. E. McGregor) against Richard Connon Saxon, farmer, Kuranui (Mr. A. Needham). Plaintiff! claimed damages amounting to £94 15s 6d, as the result of a fall from a cycle caused by her being attacked by defendant's dogs. The magistrate assessed damages at £4O and gave judgment for the plaintiff for that amount, with costs £ll 0s 6d.
