“WOMEN THEY TALK ABOUT” Irene Rich and Audrey Ferris again co-featured in “Women They Talk About.” the Warner Bros.’ production which comes to the Tivoli Theatre this evening. William Collier, jun.. plays juvenile lead. Anders Randolf. Claude Gillingwater, Jack Santoro and John Miljan are also in the cast. “Women They Talk About” is the

story of a political battle between a self-made Mayor and the woman he at one time loved. To further complicate matters the son of the Mayor and the daughter of the would-be Mayoress fall in love. Plenchmen of his Honour perform various tricks on

opposing the party, among which is the kidnapping of the woman candidate’s daughter. The Mayor is shot by accident—he wins through at the poiis. He has a period of convalescence in which the old love is revived —and all ends in a way highly satisfactory to the public—to judge from the applause and chuckling which accompany the piece wherever shown.
