MATAMATA DENTAL CLINIC
OPENING BY MINISTER From Our Own Correspondent MATAMATA, Monday. Hon. H. Atmore, Minister of Education, visited Matamata today for the purpose of officially opening the dental clinic and the new wing of the primary school. After inspecting the Junior High School the party went to the primary school where Mr. E. C. Banks, chairman of the dental clinic, Rev. \ c Hampton, chairman of the nriinarv school, and Mr. J. Buchanan. cbairmS 9 le f”own Board, welcomed the Minister. Messrs. Buchanan and Mclntyr* representing the Town Board drew the attention of the Minister to their request for sanction to use a portion of Hetana Street for the purpose of beautifying the town and erecting a rest room on it. Mr. Atmore consented to draw the Hon. W. B. Taverner’s attention to the request.
