TONGARIRO PARK VISIT

More than 100 Aucklanders have already booked as passengers for the special Labour week-end trip to Tongariro National Park. The Tongariro Park Tourist Company will be able to accommodate 200 people, and it is anticipated that practically all the available space will be occupied. _A special train will be run by the Railway Department for the convenience of Saturday afternoon travellers. The chateau at the park is almost completed, and with the sports in the snow there should be much to interest visitors.
