GOLF PRIZE-WINNERS
THE most successful golfer at the championship tournament at Wanganui recently - was the professional, A. J. Shaw. In winning the open, he takes the Brodie Breeze Challenge Cup and a miniature, the N.Z.G.A. gold medal and £4O. and as winner of the professional title his prizes include a gold medal, the W. H. MacDougall Cup and miniature, and £SO. Sloan Morpeth, by winning the amateur title, takes the championship cup. a gold medal, and a trophy, while he shares the Jellicoe Cup with T. H. Horton for the best single round in the Open.
