I The “Daily News” published a re- | markable letter signed by Kelly, which I the police state is genuine, having ex- ; amined the Auger-prints on the paper. The letter states that tinea little j girls have been feeding him nightly I during his hiding, knowing who he is, j and he has promised them that he will return in consequence of their kindness and their promise to visit him. The writer stated that only on condition that the letter was published would he return to the asylum. According to the letter, Kelly, dressed as an old woman, visited the Royal Show.
