DEBTS THROUGH JUDGMENTS
MOTOR DEALER’S POSITION The absence through illness of a bankrupt motor dealer of Beach Road, A. Ernest Warde, caused an adjournment to October 15 of the meeting of his creditors, called for this morning. Ward© owed £632 15s lid to unsecured creditors and had no assets, according to his statement of finances. His failure was attributed to three judgments secured against him. Warde said in his statement that he had no other debt.
