FALL FROM LADDER

YOUNG ELECTRICIAN INJURED A fractured left rib and concussion were suffered by Albert Cato, aged 20. an electrician employed by W. P. J. Anderson and Co., electrical engineers, as the result of falling from a fourfoot ladder on the top floor of the Strand Arcade Buildings on to the concrete surface of the next floor 16ft below at 9 o’clock this morning. He was discovered unconscious, by members of the staff in the building. The injured man was removed to the Public Hospital by the St. John Ambulance.
