Sir Truby King left Sydney yesterday by the Maunganui for Auckland. Dr. H. B. Lange, of Whangaroa, left for Tonga by the Tofua this morning. Mr. E. P- Bennett was a passenger from Wellington by the Limited this morning. Sir Alexander Herdman and Lady Herdman arrived from Wellington by the Limited *his morning. The Hon. Vernon Reed, M.L.C., reached Auckland this morning by the Limited from Wellington. Sir George Hunter, Reform member for Walpawa, who lias been absent from the House for a few days owing to illness, is now reported to be recovering satisfactorily.
