PHOTOGRAPHERS MEET

N.Z. INSTITUTE FORMED A meeting of professional photographers last evening formed a. New Zealand Institute of Photography. Included in the membership are portrait photo artists. photographic studio operators, Press and commercial photographers, as well as the “free lance,” ■wholesale dealers and managing representatives. Later, it is hoped to include fs associate members all engaged in any branch of the photographic art, such as assistant-operators, receptionists, retouchers, secretaries, laboratory assistants, junior pressmen, and and dealer’ assistants employed in both warehouses and showrooms.

Technical, business and social subjects are included in the attractive syllabus.
