MAN HURT IN FORGE EXPLOSION From Our Own Correspondent NEW PLYMOUTH, Today. When he was blowing up a forge while working on the railway at Tangarakau yesterday Jacob Wildermoth, a Public Works Department employee, received sever© injuries to his

eyes, face and hands as the result of an explosion which occurred just after he had put on a fresh shovel of coal. Tie was taken to the Stratford Public Hospital, where his condition was yesterday reported to be fairly serious. The explosive’s presence in the coal has not been explained.
