UNLICENSED PISTOLS

WOMAN APPEARS IN COURT Press Association NEW PLYMOUTH, Today. Charges were brought as a warning in an unusual case when Mrs. Ivy Emma was charged with having in her possession two unlicensed automatic pistols, formerly registered, by her husband, who died five years ago.

She pleaded guilty to not notifying his death, and the magistrate convicted and discharged her, provided the weapons were surrendered.
