McMILLAN intends **■ *- being present at the meeting of the Trotting Association in Christchurch on Wednesday next, October 9, when in all probability the question of the anomalies shown by some handicappers in the use of the new system will be debated. Mr. McMillan will leave tomorrow night for the South, in order to be present at the Methven Trotting Club’s fixture on Saturday, at which his one-time promising mare Haydock, will make her reappearance on the race track.
