The appointment of Einwood A. Miller as successor to John N. Willys, who has been appointed United States Ambassador to Spain, as president of the Willys-Overland Company in America, places the leadership of the company in the hands of an executive who has taken a very active part in the management of Willys-Overland d ing the st 15 years. tr. Mille * ho is widely recognised fi his for; 1 character, experience, a: d foresii has already filled the offices of s jretary, assistant vicepresident, and vice-president, as well as positions on the board of directors and executive committee. Mr. Willys remains chairman of directors, and the company will have the benefit of his advice and counsel. Additions to the board of directors are Marshall Field and Charles F. Glove, both internationally known in the world of finance and business. The changes in no way indicate any alteration of business or manufacturing policies, which have been responsible for the extensive and successful development of Willys-Overland during recent years.
