GRAZING PROPERTY SOLD Press Association BLENHEIM. Monday. A property sale of more than ary public interest, in view of the that the property had been offered the Government for the purpose of closer settlement, was finalised when Mr. G. F. "Watts, of Lansdowne, purchased, on behalf of Mrs. Watts, the Delta Estate property of the late Mr. William Pollard. It is understood that the propertj was acquired as a going: concern at a price in the vicinity of £50,000.
