With three sons \ and two daughters the}' came to New Zealand in November, ISS3 and Mr. j Evans opened a bootshop in Karanga- | hape Road. j He maintained the business for : seven years and owing *o failing i health took up a farm at Waitakere, j W'here he worked hard for 20 years. | He disposed of the property and went ito Onehunga. Mrs. Evans’s sister, ! Mrs. Holcroft, who acted as her i bridesmaid, is still alive and lives at j Wolverhampton. | Mr. an'd Mrs. Evans’s children will be present at their father’s birthday ! celebration tomorrow.
