A new cheese factory is being erected by the New Zealand Co-opera-tive Dairy Company at Manawaru, t 0 replace the one burned down some mouths ago. It will be the largest in the company's territory and will cost ** over £3.000. It will be built of reinforced concrete to contain 12 vats, as against tbe eight in the old factory. * plant will be the most modern procurable. The factory should be working by the beginning ot Xovembet.
