CYCLISTS IN WANGANUI

TRAFFIC DIRECTORS PUZZLED MAY BE LIMITED ON ROAD From Our Own Correspondent. WANGANUI, Today. Cyclists are as big a problem in Wanganui as Christchurch, aud bow to control them has puzzled trafficdirectors for years. The police are rigidly enforcing the tail-light and reflector laws to protect both cyclists and motorists, and during the past week two dozen have been fined for breaches of these regulations.
