CYCLISTS IN WANGANUI
TRAFFIC DIRECTORS PUZZLED MAY BE LIMITED ON ROAD From Our Own Correspondent. WANGANUI, Today. Cyclists are as big a problem in Wanganui as Christchurch, aud bow to control them has puzzled trafficdirectors for years. If the Wanganui Automobile Association is successful in its request a by-law will be passed limiting cyclists to certain parts of the road near the kerb. The police are rigidly enforcing the tail-light and reflector laws to protect both cyclists and motorists, and during the past week two dozen have been fined for breaches of these regulations.
