RESUMPTION OF RELATIONS TO BE DISCUSSED MACDONALD ATTACKED (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) LONDON, Monday. The Soviet’s representative at Paris, M. Dovgalevsky, is due to arrive in London from the French capital tomorrow to resume his conversations with the Foreign Secretary, Mr. Arthur Henderson, on Anglo-Russian relations. The Moscow correspondent of the British United Press says M. Rykoff, President ot the Republic, in an address to the Congress of Soviets, emphasised that Dov’galevsky’s authority is strictly limited to questions of procedure. He attacked the MacDonald Government, saying it was playing a dubious game of catching Labour votes and the goodwill of the Conservatives at the same time-.
