The report spoke of a pleasant year, and the bal-ance-sheet showed a credit balance. The new officers are;—Preside nt, Mr. H. P. Butts; vice-presidents, Messrs. R. H. Phelan and D. Ivory; secretary. Mr. W. Turner; treasurer, Mr. F. Warner; general committee. Mr. McShnne, Misses C. llall and Humphries Retiring officers received a hearty vote of thanks. KAIKOHE The annual meeting of the Kaikohe Tennis Club took place last evening, Mr. H. F. Guy presiding over a large attendance of members. The following officers were elected: Patron. Mr. T.
