RHINELAND TROOPS
UNEMPLOYMENT QUESTION IN BRITAIN British Official Wireless RUGBY, Tuesday. General Sir William Thwaites, Com-mander-in-Chief of the British Army on the Rhine, today visited the War Office and had consultations about the evacuation and the movement of troops. It is understood on good authority that the fulltime-table will be completed. The position of many of the troops who may temporarily be out of employment on their return to civil life in England was also under consideration. General Thwaites is to return to Wiesbaden almost immediately.
