MAORI CHILD INJURED
KNOCKED DOWN BY CAR From Our Own Correspondent OPOTIKI, Today. A Maori child was knocked down by a car driven by D. Glover in Main Street yesterday afternoon. The child ran out from behind another car standing in the parking area. The driver of the car pulled up in a short distance but could not avoid striking the child. Its injuries are not serious.
