ROWING PRIZE NIGHT

The North Shore Rowing Club’s prize night, in the Parish Hall, Devonport, last evening, was a very successful affair. Trophies were distributed by the Mayor of Devon port, Mr. 16. Aldridge, and Miss Aldridge. The Mayor heartily congratulated the club on its splendid season y.nd complimented it on the purchase of new boats. The trophies included the Mcllwaith Cup, Mason Cup, Waikato Shield and Rope Cup. Mr. S. Butland, club captain, who has had nine years' association with the club, was the recipient of a presentation.
