SIMONS A wen-known railway servant in the North and South Islands, Mr It “f Simons, died in Dunedin on Thursday J? r- he afre . of fil - Mr - Simons was Stationmaster at several towns in the North Island including Petone and Wellington. In 1920 he was appointed stationmaster in Dunedin and retired after five years’ service there. He was tho inventor of several devices still used in the service.
