ADVERTISING DOMINION
MAORI AS PUBLICITY AGENT SUGGESTION IN HOUSE (THE SUN’S Parliamentary Reporter) PARLIAMENT BLDGS., Today. A member of the Maori race should be sent abroad in an official capacity to advertise the beauties of Nhw Zealand, said Mr. J. A. 'Nash (Palmerston), in the House of Representatives today. Mr. Nash said that such an appointment would be most advantageous to the Dominion. There were many highly-qualified and cultured Maoris who would be feligible for the ivork. “This suggestion appeals to me very much,” replied the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Hon. P. A. de la Perrelle, who added that he would be pleased to go into the matter.
