BEEF STEAK AND OYSTER H PUDDING CUT the steak into very thtn ♦♦ slices , about tuo inches wide ** and three inches long; dip tl each piece into a seasoning of H four, salt and rapper: put an S oyster in each piece and roll it H up; pack the little rolls into a H pudding basin lined with good suet H crust, with a few shreds of bacon f* and chopped parsley TVlicn the 2 basin is full pour in anovoh brown H stock or water to come nearly up T 5 to the top; wet the edges and cover H with the t,.p crust. • • |* edges well together. Tie in a pud 2 ding cloth and place in boiling 2 water. Coil from three to four XX hours according to size of pud- tt ding. Mushrooms may be nsed in- 2 stead of oysters if desired XX
