DENNIS BARRY
CONCERT CHAMBER ON THURSDAY Dennis Barry, the romantic English actor-singer, will appear at the Concert Chamber next Thursday in a selection from his repertoire of poetry, drama and song. HeH will be assisted by Margot St. Lawrence Toner, accompanist and solo pianist. Dennis Barry, who has recently concluded an engagement with the Alan Wilkie Shakespearian Company, will bring to Auckland some of the finest examples of English literature—romantic, dramatic, humourous—also the songs of Shakespeare, folk songs and ballads. His season will be for three evenings and one matinee. The box plan is at Lewis Eady, Ltd.
