BRIGHT DANCE EVENING ' At their home in Clonburn Road, Remuera, on Saturday evening, Miss Jean McCombie and her brother were surprised by a cheery j band of visitors. nHHE party had been arranged by Mr. ■** and Mrs. Morro, and a very happy evening was spent in dancing and singing. Miss Yvonne rib bin chose buttercup yellow ring velvet. Miss Edna Gill wore a gown of sea foam green, silver and rose paillettes. Miss Hilda Muller was in cedar rose satin and lace. Miss Sadler wore a flowered ninon frock. Miss Winnie Lamb’s gown was of deepest peach pink satin beaute. Miss Holly Mason was wearing a peacock gown of flowered ninon. Miss Helen O’Connor was wearing a smart black and silver metal cloth gown. Miss Nancy O'Connor’s pretty frock was of cherry red georgette.
