NEWMARKETS NEW SHOPS Some discussion took place at last evening’s meeting of the Newmarket Borough CounciF concerning a complaint by Mr. C. Jacobsen. The writer stated that it had come to his knowledge that the building inspector had given a permit to Mr. Miles J. Cassidy to use the boundary wall of his block of shops in Kemuera Road as part of the construction of Cassidy’s block of nhops, and he protested against such Unusual procedure on the part of the inspector.
