GRAFTON CRICKET CLUB
A very fair season was reported at the annual meeting of the Grafton Cricket Club. All the teams did quite well in their grade, the seniors being fourth, the juniors runners-up and the thirds being placed third in their section. The following were elected to the various offices:—Patron, Mr. S. Hesketli; vice-patron, Mr. A. Freeman; president, Mr. H. Horspool; vice-pre-sidents, same as last year, with power to add; hon. secretary, Mr. E. J. Thomas; hon. auditor, Mr. C. A. Snedden; selection committee, Messrs. C. Allcott, E. Horspool and L. Wilson: management committee, Messrs. E. Horspool. C. Allcott, L. 'Wilson, N. H. Hockin, M. Hamilton, C. Walters. Several new members were admitted to the club at the meeting, and with others who have signified their intention of joining, the club should enjoy a very good season in all grades.
