ROCKY NOOK BOWLERS
Members of th© Rocky Nook Bowling Club spent an enjoyable evening ®iven by the president, Mr. \V. H. Tongue, and Mrs. Tongue on Saturday, in honour of. the prize-winners of the various club events during the Past season. The trophies were won l*y the following:—Club championship and Hodgson Cup: Mr. J. C. Yeo: club Pairs: Messrs. A. Farley, W. IT. Keatpercentage fours: Messrs. W. Rutledge, E. Hudson, H. Baxter, W. 'Wiliams; handicap singles: Mr. W. beehre; president’s handicap: Mr. A. Farley. Mr. R. Eagleton presented a pastpresident’s badge and the president handed it to Mr. L. C. Kent, retiring President, at the same time complimenting Mr. Kent on his services last year.
An excellent musical programme was rendered by the following:—Mr. and Mrs. Leather, the Rocky Nook quarMessrs. Leather, J. Kayes, RutB. Kayes; Messrs. G. Clements, L. Eagleton, McDonald, and Misses black and Lawrence.
