CAMPBELL PARK TENNIS CLUB
ANNUAL MEETING HELD The annual meeting 01 the Campbell l'ark Tennis Club was held on Tuesday evening, the president. Mr. V. Barfoot, presiding. The report stated that the club was in a strong position. It had ten firstclass courts and a playing membership of 130, with the addition of 36 winter members. The club had met with success in inter-club competition, both its B grade and C grade teams winning | their sections in their respective grades. j The president said there was still a number of vacancies and following on the addition of one new court during the year further applications from intending members would be welcomed. It was decided to open the season on October 12. j The following officers were elected: President, Mr. B. S. Barry; secretary. Mr. R. G. McElroy; treasurer. Mr. D. G. Alfrey; club captain, Mr. J. Rukutai; committee, Mesdames Robinson and Brough, Messrs, ltukutai, Pearson, Porter and Howard.
