ANOTHER SHIP AFIRE
UNKNOWN TANKER AIDED OFF DUNKIRK EXPECTED TO EXPLODE (Australian and N Z. Press Associationt Reed. 11 a.m. LONDON, Monday. A passing ship wirelessed the North Foreland' station that an unknown tanker was on fire off Dunkirk. The crew was taken off. Another ship later wirelessed: “Crew standing by. Refused assistance. Ship expected to explode.”
