SCHOOL GRANTS

TEACHERS’ QUARTERS AND EXTENSIONS Grants for the erection of teachers’ Jmarters and school extensions at hree country schools have been made by the Minister of Education, the Hon. H. Atmore, according to advice received by the Auckland Education Hoard today. The allocations include two for teachers’ residences at Maungatautari No. 2 school, near Cambridge, and Tatanui school near Morrinsville, pespectively. The third grant is for extensions to the Te Kawa School near To Awafnutu.
