A CHARITABLE BEQUEST ' i The late Mr. Joseph Arthur Beadel, i of Witham, Essex, who left estate of the gross value of £22,414, with net personalty £21,969, directed the executors to give £25 to “persons not belonging to any particular church, but down at heel from any cause, drovers preferred.”
