Property. 27 Onslow Road, Epsom: Comprising ' five-roomed bungalow, garage and washhouse on freehold section, 60 x 1G0: was withdrawn at £1,250. Propertv, 110 Whetuiangi Road, One Tree Hill: Comprising six-roomed bungalow and garage on leasehold land; was withdrawn at £1,350. A mortgagee’s sale of shares in Pangarakau Coal Mining Companv, Ltd., was cancelled. _ Although the reserve was not reacheci by a small figure when Neville Newcomb, Limited, offered Dr. Drier s threestoreved Italian villa residence at .0 Symonds Street, private negotiations were made after the sale. The bidding at auction, however, was spirited. The residence contains 12 rooms and offices, and has four balconies and a garage. There are excellent views of the harbour and Grafton Gully. Properties offered by Robert C. Carr and Son were bought in bv the mortgagees. One was a property, 100 ft by 33ft, in Collingwood Street, Ponsouhy. and another offering was a freehold block of six building sections at the corner of Sydney and Herbert Street, Takapuna.
