MOTOR-CYCLES COLLIDE
FRIGHTENED HORSE BOLTS WITH DRAY UNUSUAL ACCIDENT Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Today. Two men were injured in an unusual accident at the intersection of Tuam Street and Oxford Terrace yesterday. Alfred Taylor and A. Daniano were each riding a motor-cycle. The two machines collided, the men being thrown to the ground. At the same moment a dray, driven by Thomas Crosson, was coming along Tuam Street. The horse took fright and bolted, dragging tbe dray over the heap of machines and men. Neither was seriously injured, and both were treated in the out-patients’ department of the hospital.
