Conrad Nagel, Bessie Love and j Leila Hyums play the leading roles in j this comedy of middle-class flat life, j which is taken from the famous stage | comedy hit, “White Collars,” and the supporting cast includes Robert Ober, James Neill, Edythe Chapman, Kenneth Gibson and Paul Kruger. Edith -Ellis wrote the play, which had a phenomenal run on Broadway and played for more than a year to capacity audiences in Los Angeles. Bessie Love plays the role of a jazzy little flapper, who won’t give up her ice-man sweetheart, even though she acquires a millionaire brother-in-law. Conrad Nagel plays the brotlier-in-j law. Leila Hyams, who recently scored a success in talking pictures when she played the leading feminine mlo opposite William Haines in “Alias Jimmy Valentine,” takes the part of. i xho dapper’s beautiful, but seriousminded sister, who wins the love of j her millionaire employer, marries him \ and introduces him to her middleclass family and home.
