HOUSE BURNED DOWN
FIRE AT ASHBURTON Press Association ASHBURTON, Today. A six-roomed house owned by Mr. R. B. Barnett, a piano tuner, in Saunders Road, was destroyed by fire at midday yesterday, only two or three small articles of furniture being saved. The family had left for the country some time before the discovery of the fire. The insurance on the house was about £6OO.
