NAVY LEAGUE ROBBED
THIEF STEALS CIGARETTES GRAMOPHONE AND CLOCK A gramophone, about 50 packets of cigarettes and a clock were stolen from the premises of the Navy League and the Missions to Seamen in Simich’s Buildings, near the Tepid Baths. Both premises are on the same floor. It is thought that the thief hid in the building and ransacked the rooms after the doors had been closed.
