GOVERNMENT BILL THIS SESSION PRIME MINISTER’S PROMISE Press Association WELLINGTON, Today. The executive of the Municipal Association has adopted unanimously the draft Bill in connection with the proposed municipal insurance, and the executive and members of Parliament waited on Sir Joseph Ward, who promised to bring it forward as a Government measure this session.
